Common use of By Expiration Clause in Contracts

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Term, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employmentemployment (except to the extent benefits continue pursuant to the specific terms of any plan or program).

If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof (excluding Executive's resignation as a result of Company serving notice not to renew the Term of Employment as provided in paragraph 2.3(e) hereof), then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, hereunder (other than compensation and benefits that are accrued and vested as of the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, date of termination) shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

If Executive's ’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termperiod provided in Section 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employmentemployment (except to the extent benefits continue pursuant to the specific terms of any plan or program).

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the TermEmployment Term provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employmentemployment except to the extent benefits continue pursuant to the specific terms of any plan or program.

If the Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to the Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment except to the extent this Agreement or any plan or arrangement of the Company provides for vested benefits or continuation of benefits beyond termination of employment.

If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment; provided, however, that Executive shall be provided with Flight Benefits for the remainder of Executive's lifetime.

If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the TermTerm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then then, except as specifically provided herein, all unaccrued compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment. Upon any termination of the employment relationship by either Executive or Company after the expiration of the Term provided in paragraph 2.1, Executive shall be entitled to pro-rata salary through the date of such termination and any and all other compensation to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement shall cease and terminate.

If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Termterm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof because either party has provided the notice contemplated in such paragraph, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than hereunder shall continue to be provided until the Option, which is governed by its own terms in expiration of such circumstances, term and such compensation and benefits shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the Term, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than any equity based compensation awards granted to Executive by Luby's (collectively, the Option"Awards"), each of which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment.

By Expiration. If Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon expiration of the TermTerm provided in paragraph 2.1 hereof, then all compensation for periods subsequent to termination and all benefits to Executive hereunder, other than the Option, which is governed by its own terms in such circumstances, hereunder shall terminate contemporaneously with termination of his employment. Upon any termination of the employment relationship by either Executive or Company after the expiration of the Term provided in paragraph 2.1, Executive shall be entitled to pro-rata salary through the date of such termination and any and all other compensation to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement and all future benefits for which Executive is eligible under this Agreement shall cease and terminate.
