By Employee Request. Once the requirement has been in place a full six (6) months, the employee may request (in writing) Management6 make the determination whether the requirement will continue to be in place or be discontinued. In such cases, the determination will be made within ten (10) workdays of the request and the employee shall be provided notification within a reasonable time thereafter. If no determination is made within the ten (10) workday period (or the employee has not been provided notification within a reasonable period thereafter), the medical certification requirement shall cease. A similar request for review can be made after the requirement has been in place for a full twelve (12) months utilizing the same timeframes.
