Mr. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Dear ▇▇▇: This letter agreement (this “Employment Agreement”) sets forth the terms of your employment with Green Dot Corporation (the “Company” or “us”) as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO” or “you”). Your service with the Company will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Employment Agreement and shall be effective as of March 25, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), and shall end on the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to the provisions of Section 8 below.
