Bxxxxxxx. Administrative Agent may submit monthly bxxxxxxx reflecting payments due; however, any changes in the interest rate which occur between the date of billing and the due date may be reflected in the billing for a subsequent month. Neither the failure of Administrative Agent to submit a billing nor any error in any such billing shall excuse Borrower from the obligation to make full payment of all Borrower’s payment obligations when due; provided, however, that Borrower shall not be considered in breach of this Agreement to the extent that it makes payments in accordance with such bxxxxxxx unless and until three (3) Business Days after Borrower’s receipt of written notice from Administrative Agent of such error in billing.
Bxxxxxxx. All Collateral kept at either the address listed in item 1 above or at: 90 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 44076.
Bxxxxxxx. All books and records kept either at the address listed in item 1 above or one of the addresses listed in item 6(c) above.

No later than February 5, 2015 (or at such later date as WFB may agree in its sole discretion), Customers shall deliver to WFB evidence, satisfactory to WFB, that Customers have issued an invoice for all Accounts that, pursuant to the terms thereof, are eligible to be invoiced as of such date. In addition, for each Account of Customer, Customers shall issue an invoice for such Account no later than the date such Account is first eligible to be invoiced in accordance with the terms thereof.
Bxxxxxxx. Except as otherwise provided herein, bxxxxxxx attributable to Participant’s interest in leases and operated wxxxx shall be billed and payable pursuant to the accounting provisions of the Operating Agreement.
Bxxxxxxx. Neither the failure of Lead Lender to submit a billing nor any error in any such billing shall excuse the Borrower from the obligation to make full payment of all payment obligations of the Borrower when due.
Bxxxxxxx. Xx used herein, the term Borrower shall include any successor to the business and assets of Borrower, and shall also include Borrower in its capacity as a debtor or debtor in possession under the federal Bankruptcy Code, and any trustee, custodian or receiver for
