BVP Ownership. BVP shall own that portion of the Interconnect located on BVP’s side of the flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below which shall include (i) the OPP and piping from the BVP Plant to the BVP side of the outlet flange designated as the point of custody transfer on the downstream side of the meter run as shown on Exhibit "A" attached, (the "BVP Facilities") and (ii) the __-inch [meter type] meter, the flow and/or pressure control valves and associated equipment, the chromatograph, EFM/SCADA and RTU equipment, communication equipment and instrumentation, and associated piping between the flange designated as the point of custody transfer as defined in Section 5(i) below and the outlet flange of the __-inch valve on the downstream side of the meter run as shown on Exhibit “A” attached (the "HPL Operated Facilities").
