Buyer’s Representative. There will be no Buyer’s representative permanently placed on board the Rig in the period between the Effective Date and the Delivery Date, provided however that in the event that at any time after the Effective Date and prior to the Delivery Date, Buyer and its clients need to board the Rig for its clients’ visit, Buyer shall obtain Seller’s written consent, and such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, and Seller shall accompany Buyer for the visit on the Rig.
