Buy Now. When you consign your Auction Lot to the Buy Now listing, you are inviting Buyers to bid at or above the Buy Now price you have agreed with Collecting Cars. When a Buyer makes a bid for your Auction Lot via Buy Now at or above the Buy Now price the sale is agreed and you will complete the sale to the Buyer and we will remove your Auction Lot from the Buy Now listing.
Buy Now. You can make a bid on Auction Lots listed under Buy Now. When you make a bid for an Auction Lot via Buy Now at or above the Buy Now price your bid is successful and the sale agreed and you are agreeing to pay our fees and buy the Auction Lot.
Buy Now. If the Listing has a “Buy Now” or similarly termed, immediate purchase price offer, you accept the Offer and become the Buyer by clicking the “Buy Now” link and completing the purchase.
Buy Now. Buyers may purchase an item at a fixed price that is published with the Listing. For any completed sale, the Buy Now is disclosed, but the winning Buyer is confidential and will not be publicly released on the SalvageSale Marketplace.

  • Contract Transition Upon Contract expiration or termination, the Contractor shall ensure a seamless transfer of Contract responsibilities with any subsequent Contractor necessary to transition the Products and services of the Contract. The incumbent Contractor assumes all expenses related to the contract transition.

  • Contract Term Adjustment “Contract Term Adjustment” means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

  • Manual Transactions If there are technical problems with Fund/SERV, or if the parties are not able to transmit or receive information through Fund/SERV, any corrections to the fund prices should be communicated by facsimile or by electronic transmission acceptable to Transfer Agent, and will include for each day on which an adjustment has occurred the incorrect Fund price, the correct price, and, to the extent communicated to the applicable Fund’s shareholders, the reason for the adjustment. Funds and Transfer Agent agree that the Insurance Company may send this notification or a derivation thereof (so long as such derivation is approved in advance by Funds or AFD, as applicable) to Contractholders whose accounts are affected by the adjustment.

  • Variation of period of parental leave Unless agreed otherwise between the employer and employee, an employee may apply to their employer to change the period of parental leave on one occasion. Any such change to be notified at least four weeks prior to the commencement of the changed arrangements.

  • QUANTITY CHANGES PRIOR TO AWARD The Commissioner reserves the right, at any time prior to the award of a specific quantity Contract, to alter in good faith the quantities listed in the Bid Specifications. In the event such right is exercised, the lowest responsible Bidder meeting Bid Specifications will be advised of the revised quantities and afforded an opportunity to extend or reduce its Bid price in relation to the changed quantities. Refusal by the low Bidder to so extend or reduce its Bid price may result in the rejection of its Bid and the award of such Contract to the lowest responsible Bidder who accepts the revised qualifications.

  • Buy Texas Contractor agrees to comply with Section 2155.4441 of the Texas Government Code, requiring the purchase of products and materials produced in the State of Texas in performing service contracts.

  • Menu of Labour Adjustment Strategies Where a work force reduction is necessary, the following labour adjustment strategies will be considered, as applicable.

  • Vacation Scheduling (a) With the exception of authorized vacation carryover under Clause 18.6, the scheduling and completion of vacations shall be on a calendar-year basis.

  • Vacation Buy Back Employees shall have the option of requesting pay in lieu of time off up to a maximum of 144 hours of vacation time each year, during each year of the contract in increments of eight (8) hrs. Such requests are subject to the approval of the department head and the availability of funds.

  • Business Combination Marketing Agreement The Company and the Representative have entered into a separate business combination marketing agreement substantially in the form filed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Business Combination Marketing Agreement”).
