Common use of Business Reputation Clause in Contracts

Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during the Employment Term and at all times thereafter, he or she shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates or which adversely affects (or may reasonably adversely affect) the best interests, economic or otherwise, of the Company or an Affiliate.

Business Reputation. Executive agrees that during his employment with the Employment Term Company (and its Affiliate) and at all times thereafter, he or she shall refrain from performing any act, engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has or may reasonably have the effect of demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates or which adversely affects (or may reasonably adversely affect) the best interests, interests (economic or otherwise, ) of the Company or an Affiliate.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may make truthful statements to any governmental entity or an Affiliateas required by law.

Business Reputation. Executive agrees that he shall, whether during the Employment Term and at all times or thereafter, he or she shall refrain from performing any act, from engaging in any conduct or course of action or making or from publishing an adverse, untrue or misleading statement which has has, or may reasonably have the effect of of, demeaning the name or business reputation of the Company or its Affiliates Protected Group or which adversely affects (affects, or may reasonably adversely affect) , the best interests, interests (economic or otherwise, ) of the Company Protected Group, except to the extent true and as may be required by law or an Affiliatelegal process.
