Business Interruption Insurance. Tenant shall obtain and maintain, throughout the Term, business interruption insurance in amounts sufficient to reimburse Tenant for direct or indirect costs and loss of income attributable to all events/perils commonly insured against by prudent tenants or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises or to the Project as a result of such events/perils or otherwise.
