Common use of Business Experience Clause in Contracts

Business Experience. By reason of such Member’s business or financial experience, or by reason of the business or financial experience of its general partner, managing member, or financial advisor who is unaffiliated with and who is not compensated, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any Affiliate or selling agent of the Company, such Member is capable of evaluating the risks and merits of an investment in the Units and of protecting such Member’s own interests in connection with this investment.
