Business Disruption. There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the business of any Obligor for a period which could be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Obligor shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by such Obligor which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Obligor shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Business Disruption. There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the business of any Obligor for a period which may be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Obligor shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by such Obligor which is necessary to the continued or lawful operation of its business and such loss or revocation would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Obligor shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs and such event would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any material lease or agreement pursuant to which any Obligor leases or occupies any premises on which any Collateral is located shall be canceled or terminated prior to the expiration of its stated term and such cancellation or termination has a Material Adverse Effect.
Business Disruption. There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the business of any Credit Party which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Credit Party shall suffer the loss or revocation of any material license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party which loss could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or any Credit Party shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs which injunction, restraint or other prevention could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; or
Business Disruption. No party shall be liable to another party hereto for damages, losses, indemnity, compensation, costs or expenses of any kind or character whatsoever on account of the expiration or termination of this Agreement, whether such damages, losses, costs or expenses arise from loss of prospective sales, or expenses incurred or investments made in connection with the establishment, development or maintenance of a party’s business, creation of goodwill, markets and customers for the Products or any other reason whatsoever.

There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the business of Borrower or any Subsidiary of Borrower for a period which significantly affects Borrower's or such Subsidiary's capacity to continue its business, on a profitable basis; or Borrower or any Subsidiary of Borrower shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by Borrower or such Subsidiary which is necessary to the continued or lawful operation of its business; or Borrower or any Subsidiary shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs.

Any Loan Party shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by any Loan Party which is necessary to the continued or lawful operation of a material part of its business; or any Loan Party shall be enjoined, restrained, or otherwise permanently prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs; or any material lease or agreement pursuant to which any Loan Party leases, uses or occupies any Property shall be canceled or terminated prior to the expiration of its stated term; or any Loan Party or United ceases scheduled air transportation services other than on a temporary basis.

There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the business of Borrower for a period which significantly affects Borrower's capacity to continue its business, on a profitable basis; or Borrower shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by Borrower, or any lease or agreement to which Borrower is or becomes a party, which is necessary to the continued or lawful operation of its business; or Borrower shall be enjoined, restrained, or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of its business affairs.

There shall occur a cessation of a substantial part of the businesses of Borrowers, or any of them, or any Subsidiary of Borrowers for a period which significantly affects Borrowers’ or such Subsidiary’s capacity to continue their businesses, on a profitable basis; or Borrowers or any Subsidiary, if existing, of Borrowers shall suffer the loss or revocation of any license or permit now held or hereafter acquired by Borrowers or such Subsidiary which is necessary to the continued or lawful operation of their business; or Borrowers or any Subsidiary shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by court, governmental or administrative order from conducting all or any material part of their business affairs.

Business Disruption. In performing its Services hereunder, Provider will use diligent efforts to perform such services in a manner that minimizes the risk of undue disruption to the normal business operations of the Agency.
