Business Continuity Plans. ‌ The Contractor shall provide evidence that they have appropriate business continuity plans in place to cover a disruption in provision of the services. These arrangements shall include, but need not be limited to:  Technical failure or disruption;  Back-up facilities;  Disaster recovery;  Inadequate staffing resources.
