Common use of Business Continuity Plan Clause in Contracts

Business Continuity Plan. 12 CONTRACTOR shall provide a written Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that 13 identifies how CONTRACTOR will continue to provide services after a business interruption, 14 including, but not limited to, a strike by the CONTRACTOR’s employees or a natural disaster.
