Common use of Business Conducted Clause in Contracts

Business Conducted. Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries (taken as a whole) shall not engage at any time in any line of business other than the lines of business of the same general type currently conducted by it and any businesses incidental to, reasonably related or ancillary thereto, and the lines of business of the general type described on Schedule 8.15 attached hereto and any businesses incidental to, reasonably related or ancillary thereto.
