Business Conducted in No Other Name. All business of the Corporation and the Holding Companies has been conducted in their respective names and for their benefit and there are no parties related, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of the Corporation or the Holding Companies. There are no trademarks or trade names other than those set out in section 3.01(z) which are required to properly conduct the business of the Corporation.

All business of the Corporation has been conducted in the name of the Corporation and for the benefit of the Corporation and there are no parties related, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of the Corporation. There are no trademarks or trade names other than those set out in section 3.01(aa) which are required to properly conduct the business of the Corporation;
Business Conducted in No Other Name. All business of the Buyer has been conducted in the name of the Buyer or in the prior names of the Buyer for business conducted prior to such name changes and for the benefit of the Buyer and there are no parties related, either directly
Business Conducted in No Other Name. All business of WWR has been conducted in its name and for its benefit and there are no parties related, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of WWR.
Business Conducted in No Other Name. All business of PharmaHub has been conducted in its name and for its benefit and there are no parties related, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of PharmaHub.
Business Conducted in No Other Name. All business of Corporate has been conducted in its name and for its benefit and there are no parties related, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of Corporate.
Business Conducted in No Other Name. Subject to the next sentence, all business of Joy Power has been conducted in its and for their benefit and there are no parties related or affiliated with Joy Power, either directly or indirectly, which are competing for the business of Joy Power. Joy Power conducts business in the following names: Guangzhou Joy Power Technology Development Co., Ltd.
