Business Code definition

Business Code means the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics adopted by the Company on August 24, 2007 as subsequently amended and is in effect as at the date of this AIF.
Business Code means the Texas Business Organizations Code.

  • Chapter means a Chapter under this Part;

  • QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;

  • chapters and "headings" mean the chapters and the headings (four-digit codes) used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonised Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonised System" or "HS";

  • Rail Safety Act means the Rail Safety Act 1998 (WA);

  • EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • Dissolution Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Insolvency and Dissolution) Regulations 2012.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

  • CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.

  • Federal Regulations means those federal regulations relating to cable television services, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.1 et seq. (and, to the extent applicable, any other federal rules and regulations relating to cable television, including but not limited to, those described in 47 C.F.R. Section 76.3), or as such regulations may be amended.

  • SEBI Act or “Act” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992;

  • PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.
