Business Center. Resident must adhere to the rules and regulations posted in the business center and Owner's policies. Resident is limited to minutes when using the business center, and must accompany guests at all times when using the business center. The hours of the business center are 9am - 7pm. The business center hours may change with or without notice at any time. The business center is equipped with the following: . When using the business center, Resident understands and agrees to the following: • Persons using the business center are expected to be courteous to others and display conduct conducive to a business atmosphere. • Owner is not responsible for data, files, programs or any other information lost or damaged on computers in the business center or in the business center for any reason. • No software may be loaded on computers in the business center without Owner's prior written consent. • For reasons of safety and protection of equipment, no inappropriate, offensive, or pornographic images or files, in Owner's sole discretion, will be viewed or loaded onto the computers in the business center at any time. • Smoking, eating, alcoholic beverages, animals, and any disturbing behavior are prohibited in the business center. • Resident must immediately report to Owner any equipment that is not functioning properly or is damaged, as well any other person's use that appears to be in violation of Owner's policies.

Meeting Room Requirements If requested by the State on Exhibit C, Supplement 1, the Contractor must provide meeting rooms that meet the following requirements. Meeting rooms must be located in a private or semi-private area as indicated in the contract. The State has the sole discretion to determine whether the privacy of a room is acceptable.

Business Center. The Contractor must provide the State and conference attendees with access to a computer, internet, a printer, copying equipment, and a fax machine, on the lodging premises. Exhibit Hall. The conference facility must have adequate space for 100 8’x10’ exhibitor display booths, thirty 60” monitors for grantee posters, and space for four 25 sq. ft. tents for small group sessions in no more than two adjacent areas (single area preferred). The conference facility must have on-site exposition services including but not limited to operational detail of the exhibit hall which includes: designing the space, installation of exhibitors, providing electrical and internet services, providing sufficient tables/chairs, staging, freight deliveries, drayage (material movement from dock to booth and booth to dock.) The Contractor must be able to provide exhibitor setup tables, table coverings, pipe and drape, electrical and wireless or digital computer hookup at exhibitor booths as requested by the exhibitors. The State shall not be responsible for additional costs incurred by exhibitors who choose to attend the conference in order to display their product(s). Exhibitors will be responsible for their own electrical access costs as well as digital computer hookup and the State will not be billed for this service.

No inappropriate, offensive, or pornographic images or files (in the sole judgment of Landlord) will be viewed or loaded onto the Business Center computers at any time. Residents will limit time on computers to minutes if others are waiting to use them. Smoking, eating, alcoholic beverages, pets, and any disturbing noisy, disruptive or boisterous behavior are prohibited in the business center. Resident expressly acknowledges, accepts and assumes the following facts and risks, which are in addition to any other items, matters, and/ or risks described within this Addendum: (a) Resident may procure viruses via the internet. (b) Resident may lose data. (c) Landlord does not monitor, and has no control over the information accessed through the Internet and is not responsible for its content. Information obtained from the Internet may not be reliable or current and some information may not be available at times. Resident must evaluate the information yourself. There may be circumstances under which Landlord may not be able to, or may choose not to, repair any wi-fi server. Landlord reserves the right to refuse installation and/or updating of hardware and/or software for any reason. SAMPLE Residents are currently permitted access, and are allowed to use, the business center, together with its contents (computers, monitors, etc.), on a first come-first served basis. Said access and use is a revocable privilege and is not a right. The business center may be closed without notice, and any such closure shall not constitute a breach of the parties’ Lease. Further, Resident’s privilege to enter, and/or to utilize, the business center may be revoked at any time, for any reason, including, without limitation, Landlord’s determination (in its sole discretion) that Resident has used and/or misused the business center and/or its contents in any manner that is harmful to the business center, its computers or contents, other persons, and/or any other personal property or real property.

Your company website would be made the home page of all 4 computers. You would also place a rollup banner, supplied by you, at the entrance. We’ll stick the graphics on the desk and lay the flyers on shelves.
