Business Associate to Bear Costs Related to Breach. In the event a breach as described above in paragraph 2.1(g) has occurred, Business Associate shall reimburse Covered Entity for all costs incurred by Covered Entity directly related to providing the notice required by 42 U.S.C. § 17932 and 45 C.F.R. §§ 164.404&164.406, including if applicable, but not limited to: written notice, substitute notice, additional notice in urgent situations, and notification to media.
