Common use of Bumping Procedures Clause in Contracts

Bumping Procedures. a) i) An employee who is to be laid off or who is not recalled when a recall occurs, shall be entitled to bump a junior employee in the employee's preferred school or facility, covered by this Agreement, provided that the employee retained or recalled in accordance with this procedure has sufficient qualifications to do the work.
