BullsEye may also provide CenturyLink-Initiated Suspension service for its own purposes, where available. CenturyLink shall make these services available at the retail rate less the resale discount on the monthly recurring charge only. No discount shall apply to non-recurring charges. BullsEye shall be responsible for placing valid orders for the suspension and the subsequent disconnection or restoral of service to each of its End Users.

BullsEye must maintain records of individual End User Customers’ authorizations for change in local Telephone Exchange Service and/or release of CPNI, which adhere to all requirements of State and federal law.
BullsEye shall exercise its best efforts to enter into a reciprocal Telephone Exchange Service traffic arrangement (either via written agreement or mutual Tariffs) with any CLEC, ILEC, CMRS carrier, or other LEC, to which it delivers Telephone Exchange Service traffic that transits Verizon’s Tandem Office. If BullsEye does not enter into and provide notice to Verizon of the above referenced arrangement within 180 days of the initial traffic exchange with relevant third party carriers, then Verizon may, at its sole discretion, terminate Tandem Transit Service at anytime upon thirty (30) days written notice to BullsEye.
BullsEye shall pass its End User’s telephone number to BellSouth over the Primary Interface (PRI) trunk group via ANI or via direct Centralized Automated Message Accounting (CAMA) trunks to the appropriate E911 tandem switch.
BullsEye shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any sub- loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If BULLSEYE is using a BellSouth owned splitter, BULLSEYE may access the sub-loop at the point where the data signal exits. If BULLSEYE provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the termination point.
BullsEye. PROVIDED VoIP CLIENT EQUIPMENT. For BullsEye VoIP CPE, including without limitation IP Cordless Phones, IP Desktop Phones, IP Conference Phones and IP Gateways, BullsEye will warrant such CPE for the duration of the Term. Should any of the VoIP CPE require maintenance service, BullsEye will solely determine whether to replace the unit in whole or repair the malfunctioning unit(s). In the event BullsEye selects to repair damaged CPE, replacement parts provided will be either new parts or parts equivalent in performance to new parts. Parts removed from such CPE for replacement will become the property of BullsEye. BullsEye repair and replacement obligations referred to in this subsection do not cover any of the following: (i) electrical work external to the BullsEye CPE; (ii) repair or replacement of damage to or defects in the CPE resulting from causes external to the CPE, including disaster, fire, accident, neglect, misuse, vandalism, water, power surges, lightning, use of the CPE for other than intended purposes, use of the CPE with items not provided or approved by BullsEye, or resulting from the performance of maintenance or the attempted repair of CPE by persons other than BullsEye authorized personnel; (iii) the furnishing of supplies or accessories, or the painting or refinishing of the CPE; (iv) Services in connection with the relocation of the CPE, or the addition or removal of items of equipment or parts, attachments, features, from or to other devices not furnished by BullsEye, including communications devices, video devices, audio devices, networks or links; (v) Services in connection with computer viruses or conflicts involving software that is not installed or introduced by BullsEye; and (vi) IP Phones not supplied by BullsEye.
BullsEye will extend a compatible cable to BellSouth's cross-box. BellSouth will connect the cable to a cross-connect panel inside the BellSouth cross-box to the requested level of feeder element. BellSouth will provide access to SLF where existing capacity is available. If there are no existing facilities, BellSouth will not place additional facilities.

BullsEye. CNAM records provided for storage in the BellSouth CNAM SCP shall be available, on a SCP query basis only, to all Parties querying the BellSouth CNAM SCP. Further, CNAM service shall be provided by each Party consistent with state and/or federal regulation.
BullsEye shall submit to BellSouth a notice of its intent to access and utilize BellSouth’s Wholesale CNAM Database Services. Said notice shall be in writing no less than sixty (60) days prior to BULLSEYE’s requested date of access to BellSouth’s Wholesale CNAM Database Services and shall be addressed to BULLSEYE’s Local Contract Manager.
BullsEye may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a remote site once the BULLSEYE has installed its DSLAM at that remote site. BULLSEYE may order BellSouth owned splitters at the rates set forth in Exhibit A.
