Common use of Bulky Items Clause in Contracts

Bulky Items. ‘Bulky Items’ means Solid Waste that cannot or would not typically be accommodated within a Cart including specifically: furniture (including chairs, sofas, mattresses, and rugs); appliances (including refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, water heaters, dishwashers, plumbing, small household appliances and other similar items, commonly known as "white goods"); electronic waste (including stereos, televisions, laptop computers, computers and computer monitors, VCRs, microwaves and other similar items); fluorescent bulbs; household batteries; and clothing. Bulky Items do not include car bodies, auto parts, tires, Construction and Demolition Debris, or items requiring more than two persons to remove.
