Bulky Item Pickups. On an as-needed, on-call basis, the Contractor shall provide up to three (3) pickups per calendar year of Bulky Items from each Cart Collection Customer. Upon receiving a request from Customer two (2) days in advance, Contractor shall Collect Bulky Items on the Customer’s regular weekly collection day at no extra charge. Each Bulky Items Collection shall be limited to: up to four (4) large household items or, up to twenty (20) plastic trash bags, or, up to ten (10) bundles of Greenwaste (bundled no more than 4’ long and 18” in diameter) per Collection event (i.e., per pickup). Contractor shall not be required to remove any items that cannot be safely handled by two persons. Contractor shall comply with all applicable regulations governing the recovery of ozone depleting refrigerants during the handling and Disposal of refrigerators, or air conditioning units. In the event a question arises as to whether a specific item or category of items meets the definition of Bulky Items, City shall determine whether the item(s) are considered Bulky Items, and that determination shall be final and binding on the Contractor. For Bulky Item pickups that exceed three (3) in a calendar year, Contractor may charge the Bulky Item Pickup Charge according to the rate schedule in Exhibit A. For individual Bulky Items in excess of maximum quantity set forth above, Contractor shall charge Customer the Bulky Item Unit Charge according to the rate schedule in Exhibit A.

Bulky Item Pickups. Collector shall provide all Residential Customers pickup of up to four (4) cubic yards of Bulky Items on two (2) days per calendar year at no additional charge. The charge for additional Bulky Item pickups and those quantities in excess of four (4) cubic yards is included in Exhibit A. Residential Customers desiring to have Bulky Items picked up shall notify Collector by telephone at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the pickup date desired by the Residential Customer. Collector shall collect all Bulky Items set out for collection on the Residential Customers’ regular collection day.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Overbuilds Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop parallel to, or in replacement of, an existing loop facility, except that:

  • Loading RPMG shall schedule the loading and shipping of all outbound corn oil purchased hereunder, but all labor and equipment necessary to load trucks and rail cars and other associated costs shall be supplied and borne by Producer without charge to RPMG. Producer shall handle the corn oil in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with RPMG’s written requirements and normal industry practice. Producer shall maintain the truck and rail loading facilities in safe operating condition in accordance with normal industry standards and shall visually inspect all trucks and rail cars to assure (i) cleanliness so as to avoid contamination, and (ii) that such trucks and railcars are in a condition suitable for transporting the corn oil. RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.
