All references herein to Citibank shall be deemed to be to Citibank Europe plc, conducting its business activity in Bulgaria through Citibank Europe plc, Bulgaria Branch.

Bulgaria. The child will become the adoptive parent(s) legally adopted child after the court adoption date and after the 15 day waiting period. Adoptive parent(s) will accept full responsibility of this child as their own. China REVIEW ONLY After the PAP (Prospective Adoptive Parents) have signed the agreement for Entrusted Guardian for the 24-hour period before formal adoption they have a 24-hour period post placement period where the PAP will have custody of the child and disruption is possible. Should the PAP decide during the 24-hour period they no longer want to parent the child, or it is no longer in the best interests of the child to continue the placement, CHI through their FSP (Foreign Supervised Provider) will contact the local social welfare office and the CCCWA concerning the situation. CHI will provide support and counseling to the PAP and if the child should be removed, the local social welfare will be the lead in this process to return the child back to either the xxxxxx family or the orphanage. After the adoptive parent(s) have signed the agreement for Entrusted Guardian For the 24-hour period before Formal adoption they have a 24 hour period to make their final decision regarding the adoption.
