Common use of Building Rules Clause in Contracts

Building Rules. Tenant shall comply with, and Tenant shall cause its licensees, employees, contractors, agents and invitees to comply with, the rules of the Building set forth in the Rules and Regulations, as the same may be reasonably modified or supplemented by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building and for preservation of good order therein. Landlord shall not be obligated to enforce the rules of the Building against Tenant or any other tenant of the Building or any other party, and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of the violation by any tenant or other party of the rules of the Building; provided, that Landlord shall not enforce the rules of the Building in a manner which discriminates against Tenant. If any rule of the Building shall conflict with any provision of this Lease, such provision of this Lease shall govern.
