BUILDING REGULATION. For erection, re-erection, or alteration of any building on the said land the lessee shall be subject to the applicable law and rules, bye-laws and orders lawfully made there under for the time being in force. The lessee shall also be bound to obtain the approval of the competent authority on all plans for buildings or its alteration or extensions.
BUILDING REGULATION submissions to the Local Council or non- approved Private Inspection Companies, there will be a minimum fee of £100 plus VAT to cover submission. Additional charges will be payable if the council or non-approved Private Building Control Inspection companies request additional information regarding a building regulations specification or structural calculations
