Building Permits and Approvals. Not later than after approval by Landlord and Tenant of the Final Plans and Construction Budget as provided above, Tenant or its Contractor shall submit the Final Plans to the appropriate governmental body for plan checking and all building permits and other governmental and quasi-governmental approvals.

Building Permits and Approvals. Not later than fifteen (15) days after approval by Landlord and Tenant of the Final Plans and Construction Budget for the Third Floor West Wing Premises or the Sixth Floor East Wing Premises, as applicable, as provided above, Tenant or its Contractor shall submit such Final Plans to the appropriate governmental body for plan checking and all building permits and other governmental and quasi-governmental approvals.

Building Permits and Approvals. Tenant shall, after diligent effort, have obtained all necessary permits and approvals from state and local governmental authorities for the construction of Tenant's improvements in the Premises. Landlord and tenant shall use diligent efforts to cause the foregoing contingencies to be satisfied. If as of January 1, 1999 any of the foregoing contingencies has not been satisfied, Tenant shall have the right, to be exercised no later than January 15, 1999, to terminate this Lease by written notice to Landlord.

Related to Building Permits and Approvals

  • Permits and Approvals Consultant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits and regulatory approvals necessary in the performance of this Agreement. This includes, but shall not be limited to, encroachment permits and building and safety permits and inspections.
