Common use of BUILDING NAME AND ADDRESS Clause in Contracts

BUILDING NAME AND ADDRESS. Tenant shall not utilize any name selected by Landlord from time to time for the Building and/or the Project as any part of Tenant's corporate or trade name. Landlord shall have the right to change the name, address, number or designation of the Building or Project without liability to Tenant; provided, however, if the address of the Building and/or the Project is changed by Landlord, Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with no less than sixty (60) days prior written notice and to reimburse Tenant for all expenses reasonably incurred by Tenant in conjunction with such address change (including, without limitation, the cost of changing Tenant's stationery and of notifying Tenant's clients and customers of Tenant's new address of the Building and/or the Project), not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in the aggregate.
