Builder Warranty. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Builders at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ LLC limited warranty is incorporated into and made part of this agreement. The limited warranty shall run for one (1) year from time of occupancy or settlement, which ever occurs first. A copy of this warranty shall be signed by the Buyer(s) and the Contractor. ▇▇▇▇▇(s) agrees to comply with and be bound by all terms of the warranty. Buyer(s) hereby acknowledges receiving the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Builders at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ LLC limited warranty.
