Common use of Budgets Clause in Contracts

Budgets. Not later than February 28 of each Fiscal Year, annual operating and capital budgets for the Property for such Fiscal Year, prepared on an fiscal basis, in such form as may be approved by Lender from time to time, together with all supporting details reasonably requested by Lender, and certified, under a Borrower’s Certificate, as being based upon Borrower’s reasonable good faith estimates, upon information and assumptions at the time.
