Common use of Budgetary Limitations Clause in Contracts

Budgetary Limitations. Contractor agrees and acknowledges that budgetary limitations are not a justification for breach of sound principals of Contractor’s profession and industry. Contractor shall take no calculated risk in the performance of the Work. Specifically, Contractor agrees that, in the event it cannot perform the Work within the budgetary limitations established without disregarding sound principals of Contractor’s profession and industry, Contractor will give written notice immediately to the County.
