Common use of Budget Amendments Clause in Contracts

Budget Amendments. Exhibit B shall be modified only by a writing signed by both Parties in accordance with Section XXVIII of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall submit budget modification requests to the designated COMMISSION staff prior to incurring the modified expenses.
