Brookfield’s indemnity Clause Samples
Brookfield’s indemnity. Brookfield agrees with Asciano (in its own right and separately as trustee or nominee for each of the other Asciano Indemnified Parties) to indemnify Asciano and each of the Asciano Indemnified Parties against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost, expense or payment of whatever nature and however arising that Asciano or any of the other Asciano Indemnified Parties suffers, incurs or is liable for arising out of any breach of any of the Brookfield Representations and Warranties.
Brookfield’s indemnity. Subject to clause 13.5, Brookfield indemnifies the BBI Indemnified Parties against all Losses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any of the representations and warranties in clause 13.4 not being true and correct.
