Brokers Identified. Seller and Purchaser hereby represent and warrant to the other that neither has contacted any real estate broker, finder or other party in connection with this transaction, to whom any real estate brokerage, finders, or other fees may be due or payable with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any other real estate sales commissions negotiated by or resulting from or incident to any contacts made by Purchaser and relating to the sale and purchase of the Property contemplated hereby.

Brokers Identified. Seller and Purchaser hereby represent and warrant to the other party hereto that, except as set forth in Exhibit F, it has not contacted any real estate broker, finder or other party in connection with this transaction to whom any real estate brokerage, finders, or other fees may be due or payable with respect to the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. Seller shall be solely responsible to pay all commissions, fees or other sums owed to the broker identified on Exhibit F and said Broker shall be responsible for any co-broker fees or other sums due and owing to any co-brokers involved due to the acts of such Broker. Each party hereto hereby agrees to indemnify and to hold the other party harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting by reason of breach of these representations and warranties.
Brokers Identified. Seller and Purchaser each hereby represent and warrant to the other party hereto that it has not contacted any real estate broker, finder or other party in connection with this transaction to whom any real estate brokerage, finders, or other fees may be due or payable, except (i) Transwestern Commercial Services ("Seller's Broker") which is representing Seller in this transaction and (ii) Triple Net Properties Realty, Inc.
