Common use of Brokers, Etc Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Etc. No broker, finder, investment bank or similar agent is entitled to any brokerage or finder's fee in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement based upon agreements or arrangements made by or on behalf of such Seller.
