Broker’s Commission. The Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that it has dealt with no real estate broker, agent, salesperson or finder in connection with this Lease or the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and save the Landlord harmless from all liabilities arising from claims by any real estate broker or agent claiming through Tenant. Such indemnity of Tenant shall include, without limitation, all of attorneys, fees incurred in connection therewith.
