Common use of Brokers; Agents Clause in Contracts

Brokers; Agents. None of the Parent Parties or any of their respective Affiliates has dealt with any agent, finder, broker or other representative in any manner which could result in the Stockholders or, if the Closing does not occur, the Company being liable for any fee or commission in the nature of a finder’s or originator’s fee in connection with the Transactions.
