Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Contributing Parties or their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Partnership Parties or the CIG Entities to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Contributing Parties or their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) has entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Partnership Parties or the CIG SNG Entities to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Contributing Partnership Parties or their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) has have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate any of the Contributing Parties, any of their Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties Parties) or the CIG Entities any Xxxx Express Entity or SLNG to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
