Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. None of the Partnership Parties have entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributing Parties, any of its Affiliates (other than the Partnership Parties) or any Xxxx Express Entity, SLNG or any SNG Entity to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the Contribution Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
