Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. No Recipient has entered, directly or indirectly, into any agreement with any person, firm or corporation that would obligate the Contributors or any of their affiliates (other than the Recipients) to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement or the Transactions.

Brokerage Arrangements.
