Broadened Bodily Injury. Under DEFINITIONS, the definition of bodily injury is deleted and replaced by the following: Bodily injury means physical injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death, mental anguish or mental injury sustained by that person which results as a consequence of the physical injury, sickness or disease. All other terms and conditions of the policy remain unchanged This endorsement, which forms a part of and is for attachment to the policy issued by the designated Insurers, takes effect on the Policy Effective date of said policy at the hour stated in said policy, unless another effective date (the Endorsement Effective Date) is shown below, and expires concurrently with said policy. The City of San Xxxx, its officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, GRANTEE; products and completed operations of GRANTEE; premises owned, leased or used by GRANTEE; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by GRANTEE. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to CITY, its officers, employees, agents and contractors.
