Broadcast Renovations. At the Knicks’ written request, Licensor shall make such alterations to the Arena’s broadcast facilities and equipment as are reasonably necessary to comply with League Rules, and any broadcast agreements between the Knicks and/or the League and a broadcaster, provided that the Knicks shall be responsible for any upfront and continuing costs related to such alterations.
