Broadband. As further outlined in Section 21 of Attachment G, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to ensure broadband service, meeting or exceeding 100 Mbps download speeds and between 20 Mbps and 100 Mbps upload speeds and scalable to a minimum of 100 Mbps symmetrical for download and upload speeds, is provided to the public at the FFP project site.
