Bring-Down to the Deposit Note Completion and the Second Note Completion. The Warranties shall be deemed to be repeated as at each of the Deposit Note Completion and the Second Note Completion as if they were made on and as of the Deposit Note Completion Date or the Second Note Completion Date (as the case may be) and all references therein to the date of this Agreement were references to the Deposit Note Completion Date or the Second Note Completion Date (as the case may be).
