Breaks and Meals. 2.1 All employees with work shifts of at least four (4) hours shall receive a paid, fifteen (15) minute rest period to occur about midway through each shift. All employees whose shift of at least six (6) hours shall receive a thirty (30) minute meal break. This thirty (30) minute meal break, whether on or off site, shall be a paid break. The employee’s direct supervisor may require the employee to clock out and in for meal breaks.

Breaks and Meals. Break time shall consist of one (1) fifteen (15) minute paid rest period for every four (4) hours worked. Breaks shall occur approximately midway through the four (4) hour time period. Meal time shall consist of one (1) thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period for every eight (8) hours worked. If an employee works back-to-back shifts of at least eight (8) hours each, the meal time during the second shift shall be paid. An employee shall not leave work before the end of a shift in lieu of taking break or meal periods, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee.

Except for nurses, such period will be established by the individual building as close to the middle of the shift as possible and remain constant, except in emergencies, from day to day. Employees will not be paid during this period, and this period shall not be counted when differentiating between regular and overtime hours and will not be counted when computing consecutive hours of work.

The client may choose to pay per hour for extra retouching.

Breaks and Meals. 28.1 When are employees entitled to meal breaks? Employees will not work for more than 5 hours without a meal break except in the following circumstances: • If they are working shifts not exceeding 6 hours, the meal break need not be taken as long as there is agreement between CHH and a majority of the employees (excluding casuals) on the shift/day. • If there is agreement between CHH and a majority of employees, on the shift/day (excluding casuals) then they may work in excess of 5 hours but not more than 6 hours at ordinary rates of pay without the break. • Where agreed meal breaks will be staggered to provide non stop production and will be in accordance with the meal break roster, when a roster is deemed necessary by the affected parties it will be developed through consultation with affected parties. The roster will be provided prior to 2.30 pm on the preceeding Friday.

Breaks and Meals. RF Transmission S.A. personnel, including all labor provided by RF Transmission S.A. shall have one lunch break and one dinner break of at least one hour in length or as required based on applicable collective bargaining agreements in force at the time of the event. Final invoice will include miscellaneous travel expenses associated with the event including airport parking, hotel parking, tolls and taxi / shuttle fees unless otherwise stated in the contract. If passes can be provided, RF Transmission S.A. shall not invoice Client for crew parking at the venue. Inspection of Equipment At all times, RF Transmission S.A. shall have the right to inspect the Equipment or observe its use.
