Breaking of Seniority Ties. 2 In the event that more than one individual employee began continuous daily employment on the 3 same date, a drawing by lot shall be held to determine seniority ranking. The Association and 4 all employees so affected shall be notified in writing of the date, place, and time of the drawing. 5 The drawing shall be conducted openly and at a time and place which will allow affected 6 employees and the Association to be in attendance.
