Common use of Break Time Clause in Contracts

Break Time. Regular/hourly employees who work four (4) hours shall be granted a 15-minute break. Regular/hourly employees who work eight (8) or more hours shall be granted a 15 minute break every four (4) hours. Breaks may be combined with the lunch break with supervisor approval.
