breach by T. I. of the present covenant not to compete shall give rise to the entitlement, in favor of INFOSEARCH, to an option right to purchase such equity interests in the company OLE as T.I. may own, which, in such case, it shall be required to sell to INFOSEARCH if such purchase option is exercised by the latter.
