Breach by Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall advise the Company Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by the Company or the Company Representatives is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by the Company.
