Brake Inspections Clause Samples

The 'Brake Inspections' clause requires regular examination and assessment of a vehicle's braking system to ensure it is functioning properly and safely. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency of inspections, the standards to be met, and who is responsible for conducting them—such as a certified mechanic or the vehicle operator. By mandating these inspections, the clause helps prevent accidents caused by brake failure and ensures ongoing compliance with safety regulations.
