Bracknell Forest. Council will continue to fund a working parents entitlement place for a child who enters the grace period until the end date of the grace period is reached.
Bracknell Forest. Council will publish a funding timetable (schedule of dates) each spring term. This schedule will outline when tasks on the Provider Portal will open and close, as well as the dates payments will be processed.
Bracknell Forest as Lead Authority may terminate this Agreement by serving notice immediately at any time upon either RBWM or Slough reducing the payments to be made pursuant to Clause 7.3 and Schedule 3 of this Agreement to a level which Bracknell Forest as Lead Authority deems unacceptably low and has the effect of making the delivery of the Functions, as set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement, unviable.
