Boundaries of the District. The City agrees to use the equipment provided by the Fire District as is required in the City’s judgement to cover fires within the Fire District as the District now or afterwards exists during the term of this Agreement. The elected Board of Directors of the Fire District shall keep the City informed of the boundaries of the District at all times. Any calls concerning fires outside of the District may be answered at the discretion of the City giving due consideration to whether answering the call would be practicable, whether answering the call would unnecessarily increase risk to the City, and whether the location could reasonable be reached in time to suppress the fire.
